Bat-Caddy is a US company based in New York and Florida with service, warehouse and logistics center facilities located
near Allentown, PA, USA. Since inception in 2004 Bat-Caddy products have been expanding rapidly throughout the world and in
early 2009 we have opened a distribution and service center in Copenhagen, Denmark to service the European market, and
we are also represented by an ever expanding network of distributors and retailers in Canada.
Besides North America and Europe the Bat-Caddy golf carts have been sought after and shipped to
many far away places, such as Japan,
Singapore, India, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Mexico,
Trinidad, Brunei, Arab Emirates and many more.
Our Executive Management
has more than 20 years of experience with US and European Fortune 500 companies
whose success have been based on excellence in innovation, engineering, quality
and customer service. This experience is now actively at work for Bat-Caddy.
 We pride ourselves of having one of the best customer service
records in the industry! Our service staff has the longest term experience with
all major electric trolley brands in the industry and is able to answer any
technical question or provide support to our customers, if they ever do
experience a rare technical problem. Sometimes we even get service calls about
competing brands and products which we are usually willing and able to provide effective support for. We also have a policy of getting back to the customer immediately and ship
critical spare parts within 1-2 days!! A service that is not very common in this industry and that any potential customer should inquire about prior to purchasing an electric golf caddy!
Before you make a choice for your caddy keep the following advice in mind: Beware of cheap imitators selling similarly looking "bargain" caddies on anonymous
auction websites without a service department, 800 number or a real corporate address!
We are getting many calls for help from desperate people who bought cheap caddy carts
from "amateur companies" or inexperienced companies and are now stranded with no support or parts after sales service
and are facing a complete loss of their investment because of a defective part
that can't be replaced!!! Also make sure to ask for a company's track
record and history. Over the years we have seen quite a few companies come and
