The 2018 Bat-Caddy X4R™ is one of the most innovative and unique remote controlled caddies and probably the best selling remote controlled motorized caddy in North America. In its 5th model year it features an amazingly lightweight high tech aluminum frame weighing in at only 24 lbs (11kg). It has an easy two step, two click set up design folding into a package that is smaller than most regular push carts. It is propelled by two powerful independently controlled quiet 200W motors, a wide range FCC authorized remote control system which gives you full control up to 90-120 yards. It comes with a powerful, long-lasting 36Ah sealed lead acid (SLA) battery or with the super light, compact and environmentally friendly Lithium battery. The trolley can also be operated manually with a seamless rheostat and cruise control and can be easily pushed even without battery power, so you will never be stuck out on the course. What is covered?
Any defect in material and workmanship resulting from personal, normal use in accordance with the owner’s manual.
For how long?
One (1) year from the day of purchase for caddy, caddy parts, battery and electronics. Caddy accessories are covered under this warranty for 90 days.
Who gets the warranty?
The warranty is nontransferable and limited to the person who originally purchased the product.
Geographic scope:
This warranty applies only to original Bat-Caddy products purchased in the United States, Canada and Western Europe from Bat-Caddy, a local fully authorized Bat-Caddy dealer or distributor. International shipping cost for product, parts or repair services exported from the country of original purchase are not covered by warranty.

What we will do:
If your caddy or any parts thereof are defective under the terms and definitions of this warranty, we will send you replacement parts, repair it or, at our discretion, replace it at no charge to you. Refunds may be issued only according to the Company's current return policy in the Terms & Conditions.
How to get warranty service?
To get warranty service for your trolley you must contact one of Bat-Caddy's Service & Support Centers and provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. At our discretion we will provide one of the following Warranty services:
For warranty services you must retain the original packing material in the event you need to ship your product back to one of our Service Centers. Charges for replacement packaging and shipping of such will apply.
Upon contacting a Bat-Caddy Service Center or authorized dealer we will determine the appropriate service option under this warranty. The contact numbers, e-mails and addresses of our Service Centers can be found on our website at http://batcaddy.com/pages/Contact-Us.html
What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover wear parts, such as rubber tire treads or remote control batteries. The warranty does not cover any defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service locations, or damage resulting from alterations, misuse or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, water damage due to hosing down or power washing product or submerged contact with water hazards, lakes or other water bodies, any loss of control of the unit resulting in equipment or consequential damage, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing any attachment not provided with the product, overloading of the product, fire, flood, or acts of God, or failure to follow the instructions in the Owner’s manual. This warranty also does not cover any international shipping cost or foreign repair services due to exportation of the cart from the country of original purchase.
This warranty is the only one we will give on your product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your product. There are no other express warranties! I wanted to take a few minutes to make some positive comments about your Bat Caddy and one of your employees.
I have purchased two Bat Caddies from you. My first purchase was in 2014. I had some issues with the first one in 2017 related to water. I discovered that the Bad Caddy did not float, motor across the water, or stop when it was about to take a bath. Needless to say, my discovery led to the purchase of the second Bat Caddy. Obviously, if I had not been pleased with the first one, I would not have purchased the second one. I might explain that I play on an average of 5-6 times a week and I walk each time I play.
During my questions about what to do about water issues, I developed a relationship with your SE Service Director Peter O.. While I did not get the water issues resolved, I did find that Peter was quite helpful and understanding of my situation. He took a large amount of his time to explain to me what I MIGHT do to get the cart going again. Nothing worked…I really did not expect any magical cure. I might add that two of my friends purchased Bag Boy carts at a cost of more than $2K each. They discovered that Bag Boys are also allergic to water. They each purchased Bat Caddy replacements and are quite pleased with your cart.
I just got off the telephone with Peter O today about some replacement parts and how to install them. He was quite helpful and friendly. I can imagine the number of calls he answers from owners of Bat Caddies (probably a variety of stupid calls like mine). I always feel that he has a special interest in my problems and has a sincere interest in assisting me.
Thank you for making a very good product at a reasonable cost and for employing helpful and friendly personnel to assist those of us who merged our lack of golf skills with our lack of knowledge about technology. Yet, we love golf and our Bat Caddies.

Purchased this on January 30th. Took one hole to get used to. After that, it was effortless! No pushing up hills. Walked 18 and felt great! The box was damaged and a bag strap was broken, however, they're customer service was spectacular! Received a new set of straps immediately! Why I waited so long is beyond me. Been using a Clic Gear for years...and now it's for sale...cheap! Got the SLA battery and had no problems. Plenty of power left over. Best golf investment ever!

I played Pebble Beach and had a Caddie, and all I had to do was walk along and enjoy my day on a beautiful golf course. So many times since then I have wanted to experience that feeling again. So...the X4R is the next best thing. It doesn't give advice, but it caddies my clubs to the next shot with very little effort on my part and all I have to do is walk along behind it, beside it, or, if I choose, I can send it ahead to wait for me! Off the tee, the best thing is to hand steer it to the fairway.

I tried to reach you today after receiving the Bat Caddy which by the way, looks like it’s brand new. Thanks, for your hard work and ensuring everything was repaired. My Bat Caddy is now 150% and better than new. I would like you all to know I love my Electric Bat Caddy with its hand held remote functions of forward, backwards and the ability to turn to the right or left.
Golfers on any course are always running after the Bat Caddy to ensure it is not rolling of on its own. They are always amazed when I stop the Bat Caddy and back it up for them to see its being directed by me. Your service is better than anything I have ever experienced, and the product is truly extraordinary.
My Bat Caddy has already paid for itself in just one season. No longer do I have to pay money daily to ride in a cart and my health is better because I walk miles daily without the burden of carrying a 30 pound golf bag.

I purchased my XR4 early in 2014, so as of now I have 4 seasons of golf with it. ‘Best guess would be close to 200 rounds. Being retired I play often as much for the exercise as for the joy of the game. My Bat-Caddy gets me to playing more, and walking more rounds is keeping me fit and healthy.
Those that know San Geronimo, my regular course, know it is challenging and hilly. My iPhone app, which I check at the end of each round, clocks well over 15,000 steps, about 5 ½ miles, and depending on how well I’m hitting the ball, the equivalent of climbing 8 to 12 flights. Not bad for an 80-year old.
Yes, the Bat-Caddy is an investment. From my point-of-view, it is the best investment in my health other than diet that I can make. Oh, and by the way, I save $12-$15 per round in cart fees, so I have already paid off my Bat-Caddy twice with interest!

I wanted to continue walking the course while playing, but grew tired of pushing a cart. The golf caddy seemed to be the answer. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The cart has been absolutely trouble free. I've used it 130 times in 13 months on all variety of terrain. It has perform flawlessly. A truly great product.

well this is my THIRD batcaddy. my second X4R had over 2,000 miles on it and the handle broke. i bought a new BLACK X4R before i found that a new part could be ordered. minor new changes are good over old unit. i play at least three times a week. with care this is the best deal going

my buddy and i bought the X4R about the same time. we play a minimum of three time a week. we calculate that the carts have at least 1380 MILES on them. one complete set of tires , one battery & one remote controller is all that had to be replaced. bolts and screws come loose and have to be checked at least every three to six months. upgrading the rear tip over wheel is highly recommended..

Going on 6 years now and still cruising. This is a great model and has given me lots of great rounds. Its like having a real caddy with you . If you are lucky enough to hit the green, you grab your putter and remotely drive it over to where you will come off the green. Its like you are a golf pro walking down the fairway without pushing a cart. I highly recommend it and Bat Caddy builds an awesome machine at a great price. I had one problem after 6 years with the on off switch. Bat Caddy Southeast sent it to me in 3 days and I was back in business. Awesome customer service.

This golf caddy is just fantastic. It gives me plenty of motivation to walk and golf more. The first day, I took the bat caddy out for a test run and had some assembly problems : ( . I was able to get a hold of a bat caddy technician in Pennsylvania (very helpful gentleman) and he talked me through the issue. I just wasn't using the clips correctly : ). After that, my only issue has been me running out of energy to continue walking but, every round I've walked a couple more holes. I used to have a hip problem from walking on concrete all day at work, and bowling. Now after walking three rounds I've realized the exercise from walking and golfing has cured my hip problem : ) : ). This Bat caddy X4R has gotten a lot of attention around my club as it is just purely amazing. There is a group of high school golfers that walk the course the same days I do. Each time more and more are taking, "snapchats" of my bat caddy X4R. One of them said that's what he wanted for Christmas. I think this invention is great for the game of golf along with personal health. I am truly happy with my purchase. If you're ever in the Carrollwood, FL area and see a remote operated bat caddy, don't hesitate to come say Hi. The user, whether its me or not, is probably happy to show you what it can do. I strongly encourage you to make this purchase if you're interested in walking and golfing but, don't want the stress of carrying your bag so you can continue to hit em straight and make more putts. And who doesn't like hitting the ball straight and making putts? I know I do : ).

Excellent cart. Have used this at least twice a week, from April to September, 5 years (off one year due to surgery). Have had no problems, other than operator error. The original battery is still working well.

Played the Black Course at Bethpage the bat caddy went with ease on a very tough course on all carts I have used in the past.

Today I used my Bat-Caddy for the first time...WOW! It is so much fun to walk and have my clubs trundling near-by, or wherever I want them to go, without having to schlepp them on a push cart. Thank you a million times for this wonderful piece of equipment! I am going to enjoy golf a whole lot more and be more productive and ready for my tournaments using my Bat-Caddy!

Bat-Caddy...I've owned two of them and can say without any reservation, this is a top notch company, with a great product. My first caddy, was not a remote control unit. It still works, but a little irksome medical problem, forced me to purchase the remote control unit; either walk and let the Bat-Caddy, do the heavy lifting or ride a cart...that's just not golf. Walking is golf and 18 holes two or three times a week, keeps me in great shape.

I recently bought the X4R. I had a few questions and received an email response the next day, even though it was a holiday weekend. The caddy works very nicely. Although I have only used it once, I expect to use it a lot. I'm an older guy and typically walk the front and ride the back. No more excuse to ride the back nine.

Love my x4r. The customer service is bar none the best. Here is some news. I have used my caddy everyday I played golf. Have used it for 18 holes, let it set for 3 days, and played another 18 holes. Plenty of battery, and did not buy the lithium battery. There are some design changes I would like to see, but that is always the case. Would I recommend this product you bet. It is better then spending $2500 for a kangaroo.
