The number 721.

721

What does that number represent? You guessed it – The average number of calories burned per round when walking golf. That's where the conversation begins but that is not where it ends.

721 – That's just the beginning. So, what else is there, might you ask? It's about the increase in heart rate you experience over the 6 mile trek, traversing from shot-to-shot. It's the psychological impact, staying in the moment, and present through 18 holes. The frequency of movement, and steady pace, keeping you limber and feeling great, while experiencing a higher sense of accomplishment, when sinking your final putt. It's about an elevated sense of comradery, playing the game as it was designed to be played.

This is more than going out and playing 18, it's a lifestyle. And with courses experiencing as high as 300% increases in rounds walked, it's catching on. Whether it's the avid 75 year-old playing 4 rounds per week, or the young buck, 18 year-old, who just picked up the game, players around the country are making the switch. As a community, let's keep inspiring, and sharing this way of play.

At the end of the day, it's about our health. Doctors recommend we expend 2,500-3,000 calories per week. How are you hitting your weekly goal? What does your lifestyle entail? Are you walking four rounds per week, or mixing it up with other active lifestyle passions? We would love to know!

721 is a fantastic number but it is your voice, your stories, that inspire us. The movement is on!

I use my Bat Caddy an average of three days a week. My home course is pretty hilly and on the six holes that are uphill, I use the power assist. Since the Bat Caddy freewheels quite well, I don’t need to use the battery on the rest of the course which allows me to play many rounds without thinking about charging it (I fully charge it every five rounds or so). Great product!

I USE MY BAT CADDY AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. I HAVE OWNED THE BAT CADDY FOR 3 GOLF SEASONS. LOST 21 POUNDS IN THE FIRST TWO SEASONS WITHOUT USING THOSE CRAZY DIET PROGRAMS. I HAVE MAINTAINED MY WEIGHT ALL OF THIS PAST SEASON. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CART. I DID WEAR OFF THE FRONT FACING ON THE REMOTE, BUT IT WAS AN EASY REPLACEMENT FOR $9.00

I bought a X8R 2 years ago and this weekend completed the 200th round of golf for a total of about 1400 miles without a single issue!!!! I highly recommend Bat Caddy, it is a outstanding value and the best thing I ever did for my health and golf game!

Please share more about this. I am trying to get my course in FL to embrace walking, even though the courses have a few holes where it’s a slight hike. Currently, you can only walk after 2 pm. I want to get them to change the rules so that anyone who can walk in 4 hours and 10 minutes is allowed to do so anytime.
