Walking Golf Winter Wonderlands

Ho-Ho-Ho! That's right, tis the season for holiday joy! While we celebrate this time of year with some fun sales promotions, we thought it's also perfect timing to talk on a few vacation destinations to get your walking golf fix! Now these are just our top 3, so we would love to hear yours as well! Share your experience with the BATCADDY community!

DESTINATION #1: Pebble Beach Golf Links (Pebble Beach, California)

Pebble Beach, home of six U.S. Opens and a PGA Championship, is quite possibly the most beloved golf courses in the world. Located on the Monterey Peninsula, just a stone's throw from BATCADDY headquarters, it's links style golf course is second to none, and the views are breathtaking! As far as best hole - #8 is my favorite hole but take your pick!

Getting there is a breeze! You can fly into Monterey Peninsula Airport which is 20 minutes away, otherwise, San Francisco or San Jose International Airport are great options!

The coast of Monterey... Links style golf... I would say that's a wonderland!

DESTINATION #2: Waikoloa Beach Golf Resort (Big Island, Hawaii

Located on the Big Island of Hawaii, Waikoloa Beach Golf Resort is nothing short of a golfers dream looking for some aloha spirit. It's 27-hole golf course allows you to shape your experience ranging from the Beach Nine featuring 9 holes of golf surrounded by the pacific, and the Lakes Nine offering your classic Resorts-Style layout, to the King's Nine delivering a Scottish link-style design, you get a taste of it all. Coupled with the amenities of the Waikoloa Beach Resort and the natural beauty of the Big Island, this is the a great to unwind, play a few rounds, and get rejuvenated with the Aloha spirit.

As far as getting there - Waikoloa Beach Resort is just a 20 minute drive from the Kona International Airport.

DESTINATION #3: TPC Scottsdale, Champions Course (Scottsdale, Arizona)

If you're looking for a desert experience, The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale is where it's at! The course, designed by Randy Heckenkemper, masterfully integrates playability with the natural elements of the desert. Designed to not suit a specific type of player, each hole allows you to attack it a different way, providing golfers of all skill levels an enjoyable, yet challenging, experience. This is where the rugged terrain meets the natural ravines and rolling hills. And when it comes to walking golf - You couldn't ask for more!

If this is up your alley - Fly into Phoenix Sky International Airport and you'll find TPC Scottsdale just 22 miles down the road.
